At this time we are not offering financing.

Dallas Area Customers: All damaged items will be evenly exchanged. In order to make an exchange you must retain all original packaging and notify us immediately about any problems. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason an exchange or store credit will be issued. Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in new, sellable condition.
Non-Dallas Area Customers: If you are not in the Dallas area and you will receive your furniture set via freight carrier, you are responsible for all freight charges incurred to and from our warehouse if you refuse your shipment or you want to return your furniture set for any reason other than notated damage. All freight orders are insured according to industry standard. If transit damage is present at the time of delivery all damage must be notated on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. Damaged items only are to be refused and replacements will be sent. If damage is found once the driver leaves we need to be notified within 24 hours. A damage claim in your name will be filed with the freight carrier for reimbursement of the damaged piece. Please contact us for further explanation.
Depending on availability, expect your items to be delivered within 1-6 weeks. Please contact us prior to purchasing to check availibility. We will call and make a delivery appointment with you once your furniture is ready. If you are receiving a shipped order via freight carrier, the carrier will call in advance to schedule the delivery appointment. We will gladly hold your order if you are waiting for a home to be built/remodeled or just need extra time to receive your furniture. Please communicate with us regarding your specific delivery needs.
